DESCRIPTION:Losing a loved one is never easy.  The emotions are often complex\, ranging from numbness to overwhelming feelings of loneliness or grief.  Oftentimes\, if you were also the primary caregiver for a loved one who had an illness\, the grief also carries with it other complicated emotions.  Please know that you are not alone. \nIf you need support in trying to navigate the changes in your life\, please join us in a place of safety and comfort with others who have also experienced loss.  A place to find understanding as we explore our grief\, share coping strategies and begin to heal. \nMeets one Saturday a month\,  10:00 – 11:00 am\nand\nMeets one Thursday a month\, 6:30 – 7:30 pm\nin the Local History Room at the Gladys E.
